BARRETT, Dorothy (nee Crane ) Nov. 19, 1921 - Feb. 20, 2012. Dorothy Barrett of Whitbourne passed away peacefully at the Lions Manor, Placentia in the presence of her family.
Predeceased by by husband Frederick. daughter Gertrude Bruce, Infant son, parents Priscilla and Earnest Crane, sister Marion and brothers William and Angus.
Leaving to celebrate the thanksgiving of her life: daughter, Eliza ( Reg ), sons: Nath (Marguerite), Fred (Glenda), Max (Linda ), Eric. son-in-law Bern Bruce and a large number of grandchildren and great grandchildren, also a number of other relatives and friends.
Resting at Holloway`s Funeral Home, Whitbourne. Visitation on Tuesday: 7:00 - 9:30 pm. Wednesday 1:00 - 9:30 pm. Thursday 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Funeral service to be held on Thursday, February 23 at 2:00 pm from St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Whitbourne. Interment at the Anglican Cemetery, Whitbourne.
