With saddened hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Son, Husband, Brother, Father, Gerry Pinsent, of Bellevue who tragically passed away on April 21, 2012 at the Health Sciences Centre.
Leaving to moun his Wife Cheryl Smith, four children, Ashley, Brady (step-son), Taylor (step-daugther) and Brooklyn, his parents Anthony and Marie Pinsent, Sister Kimberly Newhook (Derick), Brother Joe Pinsent, Nephew and Niece Sean and Colleen Pinsent, parents-in-law Nina and Allan Smith, sister-in-law Jennifer Brace (Jerome), brothers-in-law Daryl, Darcy, Andy, many good friends especially Ernie Walsh and Glen Pinsent, his co-workers at Seabase Ltd/Seamanning Service Ltd., Gerry will be sadly missed by so many people in the communites of Bellevue and Chance Cove, there are too many people to mention - Gerry had a free and wild spirit and loved a good bucket of chicken.
Resting at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Bellevue. Visitation all day Thursday, April 26 (Wake Vigil 7pm). Funeral service will take place on Friday, April 27th at 11 am. Flowers accepted or donations made in his memory to Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Bellevue.

| 21/ I am truly, truly sorry for your loss. I haven't known Gerry for very long but I know he was a very caring parent. I'll never forget how we talked that Thurs. morning when Brooklyn and what he said when she was getting on the bus, we laughed and I said "See you Buddy".
