| Catherine (Kitty) Lynch - nee Pretty -passed away peacefully, after 97 wonderful years, in the loving presence of her family and clergy. Kitty was predeceased by her husband, James (1993), four children (Philomena McCarthy [Dave], William, Andrew, Andy), two grandchildren (Shawn, John), two sisters and one brother. Leaving to mourn are four younger sisters: Bridget Power, Helen Pinsent, Betty Kubasik, and Marcella Newhook, daughters: Theresa Lahey (Ron) and Josephine Brazil (Mike), sons: James (Mary), Gerald (Jessie – deceased), Brendan (Florence), daughters-in-law Bridie (William – deceased) and Toni (Andy – deceased). Kitty will also be lovingly remembered by her 33 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and 4 great great-grandchildren. May she be blessed in the Heavenly Kingdom. She will be greatly missed here below. Her family wishes to extend much gratitude to the staff and pastoral team at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home. The kindness and care you’ve given her over the past 15 months is greatly appreciated. Resting at Sacred Heart Church, Bellevue. Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am - 9:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 7, 2012 at 11:00 am. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Kitty's memory to Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Bellevue.
