“A Loving Wife and Mother – A Trusted Friend”

Pearl loved her home, church, and her community.  But her family was most important of all and she delighted in seeing the children as they came along.  Anyone who entered her home was always welcomed and left feeling doubly blessed-they had good company and a full belly!  She always worked hard and was very active in community organizations.  She was a gentle soul, kind and compassionate and was quick to help whenever she was needed.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we regret that there can be no church service or public burial as we would have liked.  However, please be assured that the family is grateful for all those who knew and loved her because we know that you will keep warm memories of her within your hearts forever.

Donations in Pearl’s memory may be made to St. John the Baptist Church, Chapel Arm, in care of Don Gosse

To the Warren family, Thinking of you in the loss of your Mom/Grandmother. I met her when she and my Mom became friends at Meadowcreek. She was a friend to all and seemed to have a special connection with my mom, Abbie. She sat at the next table and never went to her place without a hug or gentle touch on the arm for my Mom. Her smile was contagious! I’m sorry you can’t celebrate her life in numbers as you would like but know she was loved by many and would want her memory to bring you smiles. She will be remembered

So sad to hear of your loss. Too bad that we will not be having the usual funeral and celebration of her life at the church that she so dearly loved, and with the family and community that loved her. We will carry in our hearts the welcome that Pearl and Merrill gave us in the years at Christmas time when we had the opportunity to visit for a traditional "sociable".
