We are so sorry to hear of Fred’s passing. We enjoyed our conversations with him on many occasions when we came to visit his craft shop. He was very talented and very kind, we have many pieces of his work and will certainly think of him when we hang them on our tree. Especially thinking of you Vera and your family ❤️

To Vera and her family Growing up across the road from Fred’s family was certainly not an imposition. Although I was a little younger than Fred, I remember the many hockey games we played on the road, tying up traffic in winter. Fred was always there with his goalie equipment ready to make that NHL save and Calvin, Mackie, and I were only so pleased to let that slap shot go at him. These are good memories and I am certain that your family has many many more than that. To you Vera your family and Fred’s siblings I offer my sincerest heart felt condolences.

So very sorry for your loss. My memory of Fred is his love for his beautiful stain glass work and how he loved to talk about each piece, where he got his inspirations etc. He always had time to stop whatever he was working on and have a chat about his gardens and especially his family. May he Rest In Peace.

Our house is filled with pieces of Fred's beautiful stained glass. We have so many memories of visiting with him and the stained glass will be a constant reminder of those good times. Brian and Michael, when Heather and Ian were born we were finally able to become bragging parents too. He was sure proud of you boys, your wives and especially your children. Vera, we will miss him too. Love to you all, Irene and Rick
