  • Raymond Richard Gosse, Born November 1, 1945, passed away January 13, 2022 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s.

    Leaving with loving memories are wife Gloria, son Raymond (Ronda), Daughters Janine Wold (Dwain) and Elizabeth (Shawn), Grandchildren Cassandra (Steven), Bradley, Brian, Sydney, Anthony, Christian, Anna, Blair, Jenna-Rae and C.J., Great Granddaughter Brody, Siblings Alice Drew, Robert (Anne), Harriet Rees (Lester), brothers & sisters in law Judy, Gerri and Anita (Blair), Ed (Jean), Bernice (Alex), Betty (Ed), Yvonne, Ricky (Carolyn), Sandra (Phil), Tony (Brenda), Jackie (Gary) and Chrissy, as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends and special friends Azariah and Joan Smith. 

    Predeceased by son Brian, granddaughter Emily, parents Cyril and Hattie, sister Florence, Brothers Cyril, David and Gordon, parents in law John and Elizabeth Moore, brother in law Cutler Drew, sister-in-law Violet Moore and niece Kelly. 

    Visitation will be  at Holloway’s Funeral Home,  Whitbourne Tuesday, January 18, 2022. 10:00 am – 12:00 noon.  1:00 – 5:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 2:00 pm from St. John the Baptist Anglican Church. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Whitbourne.

    Donations in Raymond’s name may be made to St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Whitbourne.

    Proof of vaccination will be needed for both visitation and the Funeral Service.         Masks  are mandatory at all times.

    We are so sorry to hear of Raymond’s death. The past few years have been hard on the whole family and his suffering is over. We know how hard it is to watch your loved ones slip away and not be able to help them. Your memories of happy times will help you face the difficult time ahead.     Raymond was a man that you would always remember from your first meeting. A man of character and someone respected by all who knew him. We feel very fortunate to have known him and are so sorry for your loss. Much love to you all xx
