Annie Marie Gosse
Passed peacefully away at St. Pat’s Mercy Home surrounded by family on Wednesday May 13th, Annie Gosse at the age of 79.
Predeceased by parents George and Sally Gosse and brother Bob Gosse, who we know were waiting to welcome her home to Heaven with open arms.
Leaving to mourn brothers Don(Dawn), Bruce(Dora/Porky) and Sister-in -law Marg (Dave),
Nephews and nieces Scott(Bonnie), Tammy(Duane), Kenny(Andrea), Donny(Jenna), Sarah(Brett), Amy,
Laura(Alex) and Payton as well as a long list of Great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Special mention to our Sister-in law Marg, who was always there for Annie when we couldn’t be. As well as cousins Helen and Atwood Smith and Marie Smith who were always a constant support and we appreciate you all more than you’ll ever know.
We would also like to express our Thanks to the 2nd floor nursing staff at St. Pats Mercy Hospital who took care of her every need over these past years and we can’t tell you how much comfort that has brought to us all.
Visitation will be held at Holloway’s Funeral Home Whitbourne on Friday May 15th,
2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.
Funeral service will take place on Saturday May 16th at 2 pm, St. John the Baptist Anglican Church Whitbourne, burial to follow Anglican Cemetery.
What a reunion it must have been when Annie was re-united with her Mom and Dad and brother Bobby. I haven’t seen Annie for years but I treasure the memories we shared over the years. On one of my weekends when I visited Uncle George and Aunt Sally, Annie insisted I have her bed and the morning after Don’s wedding she took great delight in taking us out for breakfast and she was paying. And the lay-overs in Toronto were fun, I would pick her up in Toronto and take her to my place for a couple hours, good times! Bruce and Don and families, please accept my condolences on Annies passing.
