A memorial for David Selby Mercer ( Sep 24/1969 to Jan 15/2026) will be held at Holloway’s Funeral Home in Whitbourne on Thursday , May 28/2026. We will remember the life of David, son, brother, uncle and friend who was taken from us too soon.
David leaves to mourn his father and mother, Winston and Vera, his sister Sandra Perry (Andy), his niece Sue Lynn and his brother Ron (Tina).
Also left to mourn are uncles Fred Mercer (Bernadette) , Joe Mercer (Pam), Lillian Mercer , Margaret Cumby (Rick) , Aunt Helen Luffman (wife of Selby Luffman ) and Aunt Margaret Mercer (Wife of George Mercer) .
David has a large extended family of cousins and friends who mourn his passing ; many who shared adventures with David throughout a life that he lived with vigor .
Visitation is May 28/2026 at Holloway’s Funeral in Whitbourne 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm. The funeral service is Friday May 29 at 2 pm at Holloway’s Funeral Home. Committal will follow at the Anglican Cemetery in Blaketown.
