    December 8, 1927 – June 24, 2018

    Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loved ones, Charlotte “Jane” Barrett of Whitbourne, aged 90 years old.

    Predeceased by her husband John “Jack” Barrett, daughters Daffodil and Holly, great grandson Mitchell Russell, parents John and Lily Clarke, sisters Maud Peddle, Mary Mercer and brother Joe Clarke.

    Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories and to be forever remembered by her 9 children: Provie (Sonny), Lily (Mark), Sylvia (Joe), Chris (Fred), John (Donna), Larry, Barb (Edward), Rick (Julia) and Paul (Barb). Also loved and remembered by 28 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

    Resting at Holloway’s Funeral Home, Whitbourne. Visitation is as follows: Monday, June 25: 7-9pm
    Tuesday, June 26: 10am – 9pm
    Wednesday, June 27: 10am – 12pm

    A service of celebration and thanksgiving for Charlotte Jane’s life will be held at 1:30pm at St. John The Baptist Anglican Church on Wednesday, June 27.

    As an expression of sympathy, donations in Charlotte Jane’s memory may be made to the Anglican Cemetery fund.

    Thoughts and prayers are with you all during this hard, sad time. Aunt Jane was such a loving, kind, hearted soul. She reminded me so much of Pop and mom. She will forever be in our hearts. Hold on to all the wonderful memories you have because it’s those memories that will help you through. Aunt Jane will be greatly missed.
