Although I’ve never met Mrs Elliot Morgan , I have however worked and taught with her daughter Roxanne for over twenty nine years . Roxanne has been one of the most caring and selfless individuals I have ever known . That I can believe is attributed to the lovely woman she called Mom. God Bless
