  • PIERCEY, Lillian ( nee Peddle), Nov. 11, 1938 – June 12, 2020. Passed away suddenly at the Health Science Complex on June 12, 2020 Lillian Piercey (nee Peddle) of Norman’s Cove age 81 years.

    Predeceased by her loving husband Arthur and daughter Heather. 3 brothers, Benjamin, Levi and Raymond.

    Leaving to mourn sons; Martin ( Paula ), Jim & daughter Maureen. sisters; Minnie Rex, Donna (Sim) Reid. as well as a large circle of family and friends.

    Leaving with treasured memories are her grandchildren, Ashley (Greg), Jennifer, Nicole (Trevor), Cynthia, Samantha (Tyler), Amanda (Robert).  Great grandchildren; Benjamin, Logan, Olivia, Abby & Hunter.

    Resting at Holloway’s Funeral Home for immediate family only. A private family burial  will be held  on Tuesday, June 16  at  4:00 pm  at the Bethel United Cemetery, Norman’s Cove.

    No flowers by request of the family.

    So sorry for the sudden loss of your mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She spoke proudly of each of you. I feel grateful to have known Lillian over the last 20 years and for all the inspiring chats that always ended with a laugh.
