  • It is with broken hearts and many beautiful memories that we announce the peaceful passing of a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and dear friend Agnes Norman, nėe Williams of Long Harbour, Newfoundland on November 20th, 2023. She is predeceased by parents Joseph and Mary as well
    as brother Leslie and in-laws Thomas and Alice Norman. She
    lived a full life as a teacher and a mother. She was surrounded
    by people who loved her and a family who felt blessed to have
    had her in their lives.
    She will be lovingly remembered and always cherished by her
    husband of 52 years, Adrian; her children Alisa (Bernie
    Thorne), Amy (Richard Kohli), and Alana (Tim Burke), and
    daughter of her heart, Tracy (Thomas Cooper); treasured
    grandchildren Ryan, Noah, Juli, Jack, Katie, Lucy, Andrew,
    Aspen, Mary, and Adelaide; her sisters Mary and Sheila and
    brother Doug, special niece Corrina Newhook, cherished
    friends Frank and Cecilia Norman, as well as many other
    beloved people.
    Visitation will take place Thursday, November 23rd from 2:00 to
    4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.   Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, November 25, at 11:00  am at the Roman Catholic Church , Long Harbour. In lieu of flowers, donations may  be made to the Lupus Foundation .Special thanks from our family to the doctors and staff at Health
    Science Hospital and Carbonear General Hospital for their
    compassionate care.
    Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure.

    Please accept our loving condolences, from my family to yours. I spent alot of time walking in the front doors of the house where I always felt welcome, well fed and warmed by Aggies smile, which was always on her face, even with a house full of teenagers and their friends!
